Roberts, Debbie Leance, <br />and Justin Nichol discussed an incident where a 14 year -old was shot by a <br />police officer and protested alleged police brutality. <br />Peter Wauro, a trauma surgeon at the Western Medical Center, spoke of <br />the new buyer of the hospital being financially unstable, with a bankruptcy <br />history <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Councilmember Garcia <br />• Asked the Council to adjourn in memory of Santa Ana fallen war <br />heroes. <br />Councilmember Christy <br />• Wished Rod Coloma, Executive Director, Finance and Management <br />Services Agency and his wife well on his retirement. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 367 NOVEMBER 15, 2004 <br />
