MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />May-12, 1975 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council was called <br />to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, by Mayor John Garthe, with the following Council <br />members present: David F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon <br />S. Evans, David L. Brandt, James E. Ward and Mayor John Garthe. <br />Councilman Gordon Bricken arrived at 7:30 P.M. Also present <br />were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, Acting City Attorney Charles <br />Liberto, Director of Public Works Ronald Wolford, Director of <br />Planning Charles C. Zimmerman, and Clerk of the Council Florence <br />1. Malone. <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Ward. <br /> <br />Following the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the <br />Flag, the Invocation <br />was given by Councilman <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF The Minutes of the <br />MINUTES ,Adjourned Regular and <br /> - Regular Meetings of <br /> April 21, 1975 were <br />unanimously approved (6-0), on motion of Councilman Evans, <br />seconded by Councilman Brandt. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />Authority; Council reconvened at <br />Council members present. <br /> <br /> At 2:03 P.M. Council <br /> recessed to convene <br /> the Special Meeting <br /> of the Housing <br />2:07 P.M~ with.the same <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR The following Agenda <br /> items were removed <br /> from the Consent Calen- <br /> dar: Items 8, 14 A <br />and 14 B requested by Mayor Garthe.
