<br />AGREEMENT NO. C.2.0896 <br /> <br /> <br />7.1Q Headings <br /> <br />The headings which appear at the commencement of each section in the Attachments <br />are descriptive only and for convenience in references to this Agreement. Should there <br />be any conflict between any heading and the section itself, the section itself and not the <br />heading shall control as to content. <br /> <br />7.11 <br /> <br />Incorporation of Attachments and Exhibits <br /> <br />Every attachment and exhibit to which reference is made in this Agreement is hereby <br />incorporated in this Agreement by this Reference. <br /> <br />7.12 Counterpart Originals <br /> <br />This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be <br />deemed to be the original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same <br />instrument. <br /> <br />7.13 Force Majure <br /> <br />Neither Party shall be held liable for any loss or damage due to delay or failure in <br />performance of any part of this Agreement from any cause beyond its control and <br />without its fault or negligence, such as acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, <br />government regulations, embargoes, epidemics, war, terrorist acts, riots, insurrections, <br />fires, explosions, strikes, power blackouts, earthquakes, floods, other environmental <br />disturbances, or unusually severe weather conditions. <br /> <br />, " <br /> <br />17 <br />
