<br />KO - 2/16/05 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-017 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />NO. 2004-28 AS CONDITIONED, VESTING TENTATIVE <br />TRACT MAP NO. 2004-07 AS CONDITIONED AND SITE <br />PLAN REVIEW NO. 2004-05 FOR THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2775 NORTH MAIN STREET (COUNTY MAP <br />NO. 16565) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Applicant is requesting approval of various entitlements in order to <br />construct the City Place project, which is a mixed use development with <br />approximately 57,700 square feet of commercial space (being a mix of sit- <br />down restaurants, retail and market); and 187 residential units divided as <br />follows; approximately 73 for-sale live-work lofts; approximately 112 for- <br />sale townhomes and 2 single family detached homes, all for the <br />approximately 17.7 acres located at the northeast corner of Main Street <br />and Memory Lane, 2775 North Main Street. <br /> <br />On October 25, 2004, the Planning Commission held a duly noticed public <br />hearing, and voted to continue the matter to December 13, 2004. <br /> <br />On December 13, 2004 the Planning Commission voted by a vote of 6: 1 <br />(Sinclair opposed) to recommend that the City Council: <br /> <br />1.
