Thanked Dr. Willie Holmes and City Staff for the successful Black History <br />parade held on Saturday, February 5, 2005 <br /> <br />Councilmember Solorio <br />. Asked staff to prepare report relative to the decision to deny a permit for <br />ACP shows <br />. Noted that he and other Councilmembers attended the ground breaking for <br />the new Crevier Center <br />. Asked the City Manager to present a status report relative to approval of a <br />location for the Court of Appeal; The City Manager noted that the City <br />Council took an action tonight approving an agreement, however a <br />proposal has been received by the State from the University of California at <br />Irvine, and that a decision should be reached in the next month <br /> <br />Councilmember Christy <br />. Thanked staff and Mission With Benevolence for their efforts in making the <br />25th anniversary of the Black History/Multicultural parade a successful <br />event <br />.
