Vice Mayor Evans suggested that Council go back to Page 48 to <br />consider the Finance Department Budget. <br /> <br />Councilman Bricken requested a report on the function of the <br />Disaster Services Coordinator. <br /> <br />The Budget for Bowers Museum was considered next. Museum <br />Director Reilly Rhodes, responding to Councilman Bricken, <br />stated that the Outreach Program would be expanded during <br />the coming year. <br /> <br />The Building Safety and Housing Budget was reviewed. Director <br />Wendell Bril stated that during the,past year building permit <br />valuation had amounted to forty million dollars, which was down <br />considerably from the two previous years, but had allowed for <br />proper clearing of approximately 1,300 permits from accumulated <br />files. <br /> <br />Council concluded its review of the Budget through Page 59 <br />inclusive. CA 65B <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 6:35 P.M., the <br /> meeting was adjourned <br /> to June 24, at 4:00 <br /> P.M., in Room 831~ <br />City Hall, on the unanimously approved motion Of C0u~cilman <br />Nard, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto. <br /> <br />[:LORENCE I.
