SPRAGG AS SECRETARY <br />PRO TEM, AND APPOINTING MANUEL A.REDE AS <br />SECRETARY AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager, Bruce C. Spragg, is now the <br />Secretary Pro Tem of the Housing Authority; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Manuel A. Rede, Assistant to the City Manager-- <br />Community Relations, has now been appointed to the position of <br />Secretary and Executive Director of the Housing Authority; and <br /> <br />,VHEREAS, the duties of the Secretary of the Authority more <br />appropriately fall within the realm of Mr. Rede's endeavors. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana that Bruce C. Spragg is hereby relieved of <br />the duties of Secretary Pro Tem of the Housing Authority, and <br />Manuel A.
