<br />RESOLUTION 73-5 <br /> <br />. <br />~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LEASES AND RENTAL AGREEMENTS <br />ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> <br />Whereas, section 2 of Article II of the By-laws <br />of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana provides <br />the Chairman to sign all contracts, deeds or other instru- <br />ments made by the Authority unless otherwise authorized by <br />Resolution of the Authority; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUS ING AUTHORITY OF 'IHE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the Executive Director of the Santa <br />Ana Housing Authority is hereby authorized to execute leases <br />and rental agreements on behalf of the Authority as lessor <br />and lessee on any dwellings, houses, accommodations, lands, <br />buildings, structures, or facilities of the housing projects <br />of the Authority. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
