<br />( .Imf' Vc--- --m <br />/'Y'v' ¡yvù).Q) <br /> <br />. <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-8 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO ANNUAL <br />CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT FOR SECTION 23 <br />LEASING OF PRIVATE ACCOMMODATIONS <br /> <br />\0/\ 5/111/3 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana (herein called the "Local Authority") has entered into an <br />Annual Contributions Contract on September 22, 1972, and now <br />proposes to enter into an amendatory contract (herein called <br />"Amendment to Annual Contributions Contract for Section 23 <br />Leasing of Private Accommodations") with the United States <br />of America (herein called the "Government"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it <br />and the Government <br />in the particulars <br /> <br />has been agreed between the Local <br />to amend the Annual Contributions <br />indicated in such Amendment; <br /> <br />Authority <br />Contract <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Amendment to the Annual Contributions <br />Contract is hereby approved and accepted and the Chairman or <br />Vice Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute three <br />counterparts of the Amendment on behalf of the Local Authority, <br />and the Secretary is hereby authorized to impress and attest <br />the official seal of the Local Authority on each such counter- <br />part and to forward such executed counterparts, or any of them, <br />to the Government together with such other documents evidencing <br />the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be <br />req~ired by the Government. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED thi s 15th day of October <br />by the following roll call vote;--- <br /> <br />,1973, <br /> <br /> AYES, Commissioner: Yamamoto, Ward, Garthe, Patterson, <br /> Griset <br />.
