<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />74-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING BUDGET FOR PROJECT <br />CAL 93-1 OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, <br />1975 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Project Cal 93-1, Housing Authority of the City <br />of Santa Ana begins its new fiscal year July 1, 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions outlined in Cir- <br />cular HM 7675.12, paragraph 6 e, dated 11-28-72 of the HUD <br />Handbook, that proposed expenditures are necessary in the ef- <br />ficient and economical operation of the housing for the pur- <br />pose of serving low-income families; that the financial plan <br />is reasonable in that: <br /> <br /> l. <br /> 2. <br />. <br /> 3. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br />8 <br /> <br />It indicates a source of funding adequate <br />to cover all proposed expenditures <br /> <br />It does not provide for Federal funding in <br />excess of that payable under said Circular <br /> <br />All proposed charges and expenditures will <br />be consistent with provisions of law and the <br />Annual Contributions Contract <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />That the budget, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by <br />this reference incorporated herein as though fully set forth, <br />is hereby approved and that the Secretary-Executive Director <br />is authorized to submit the budget to the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development with approval recommended; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Budget be posted to the <br />books of account and filed in the office of the Authority. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED thi s 15th day of <br />by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />, 1974, <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />AYES, COMMISSIONER: Griset, Ward, Garthe.
