<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />74-3 <br /> <br />. <br />- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECOMMENDING THAT THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CALL <br />A SPECIAL CITY-WIDE ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 5, <br />1974, TO SUBMIT TO THE VOTERS OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA A BALLOT MEASURE AUTHORIZING <br />THE HOUSING AUTHORITY TO DEVELOP, CONSTRUCT, <br />AND ACQUIRE LOW-RENT HOUSING SPECIFICALLY <br />DESIGNED FOR ELDERLY LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana, California: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: That the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana hereby recommends to the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana that an ordinance be adopted calling for a <br />special City-wide election on November 5, 1974, to submit <br />to the voters of the City of Santa Ana the following ballot <br />measure: <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />"CITY OF SANTA ANA LOW-RENT HOUSING PROPOSAL FOR <br />ELDERLY LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS <br /> <br />Shall the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana develop, construct, and acquire in the <br />City of Santa Ana, with Federal Assistance and/br <br />assistance from a State public body, low-rent <br />housing specifically designed for elderly low- <br />income residents. <br /> <br />This proposition requires a majority vote." <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of <br />by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1974, <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />Commissioner: <br /> <br />NOES, <br /> <br />Commissioner: <br /> <br />Ward, Evans, <br />Griset <br />None <br /> <br />Garthe, Yamamoto <br /> <br />ABSENT, <br /> <br />Commissioner: <br /> <br />Markel, Patterson <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~w. ~~. <br />Secretary <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />I hereby certify <br />and regularly passed <br />Housing Authority of <br />day of July <br /> <br />that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and adopted at a regular meeting of the <br />the City of Santa Ana held this 1st <br />, 1974. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />Secretary <br /> <br />
