RESOLUTION NO. 74-6 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA INDICATING ITS ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS UNDER TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964. WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana has always followed the policy that no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the bene- fits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity which the Santa Ana Housing Authority operates; and WHEREAS, the Housing Authority wishes to indicate its assurance of compli- ance with such a policy in the futurel NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY ANA: That the Assurance, as reflected by Exhibit A attached hereto, and porated herein by reference, be approved and submitted to the Department and Urban Development with approval recommended.
