<br />. <br />I~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AUTHORIZING GENERAL DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROJECT NO. CAL 93-1 AND CAL 93-4 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, (herein called the "Local Authority") proposes to <br />provide for a General Depository Agreement with BANK OF TOKYO <br />OF CALIFORNIA, SANTA ANA (a member of the Federal Deposit <br />Insurance Corporation, herein called the "Bank"); all with <br />respect to any "Project" as defined in the Annual Contributions <br />Contract, and which at any time, now or hereafter, is incorporated <br />under the terms of such Contract. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />Section 1. A General Depository Agreement, designated <br />"HUD-5199A", is hereby approved and accepted both as to form <br />and substance and the Chairman of the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said Agreement in triplicate on behalf of the Local Authority, and <br />the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and <br />attest the official seal of the Local Authority on each such <br />counterpart and to forward three executed counterparts thereof <br />to the Government together with such other documents evidencing <br />the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be <br />required by the Government. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th <br />by the following roll call vote: <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 1975, <br /> <br />AYES: COMMISSIONER: Markel, Garthe, Ward, <br /> Griset, Y amamo t 0 <br />NOES: COMMISSIONER: Evans <br />ABSENT: COMMISSIONER: Bricken <br /> <br />. <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />.~~~ <br /> <br />Manuel A.
