<br />, . <br /> <br />. <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SANTA ANA HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR "SECTION 8 - <br />HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM APPLICATION <br />FOR EXISTING HOUSING" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana adopted a Housing Assistance <br />plan in its application for Title I Block Grants which included <br />400 units of Section 8 Existing Housing in its first year goal; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has approved said Housing Assistance Plan; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has invited Public Housing Agencies in Orange <br />County to submit applications for Section 8 Existing Housing; and <br /> <br />Santa <br />would <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has stated that the fair share for the City of <br />Ana of the 1050 dwellings units allocated to the County area <br />be 150 units; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
