<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br />t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />CJL:ag <br />1/12/76 <br /> <br />. ~ <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECOGNIZING THE <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS THE LEAD AGENCY FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF PREPARING THE ENVIRONMENTAL <br />IMPACT REPORT FOR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY'S <br />REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION PRIOR TO ACTING <br />UPON THE PROPOSED conTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND <br />FOR PRIVATE REDEVELOPMENT BY AND BETWEEN <br />THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND NATIONAL HOUSING <br />CONSULTANTS INC. AND APPROVING AFORESAID <br />CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/SECRETARY EXECUTE THE <br />SAME. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Santa Ana hereby recognizes the Community Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Santa Ana as the Lead Agency for the <br />purpose of preparing the Environmental Impact Report for the <br />contract for the sale of the Senior Citizens' Housing site, also <br />known as the SANTA ANA TOWERS site, for private redevelopment <br />between the Agency, Housing Authority, and National Housing <br />Consultants Inc. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Environmental Impact <br />Report for the Senior Citizens' Housing site, also known as the <br />SANTA ANA TOWERS SITE, is on file in the office of the Executive <br />Director of the Authority. <br /> <br />hereby <br />mental <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Housing Authority <br />certifies that it has considered and reviewed said Environ- <br />Impact Report prior to acting on the aforesaid contract. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contract for sale of <br />the Senior Citizens' Housing Site for private redevelopment by <br />and between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana, and <br />National Housing Consultants Inc, which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the Executive Director of the Authority, is hereby <br />approved and the Chairman and Executive Director/Secretary are <br />hereby authorized to execute the same. <br /> <br />of Santa <br />day of <br /> <br />PASSED AND <br />Ana at its <br />January <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Housing <br />Regular meeting <br />, 1976. <br /> <br />Authority of the City <br />held on the 19 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />TO, CHAIRMAN <br /> <br />~~d 0: 90120 <br /> <br />MANUEL A.
