'_._.....~'."'---O':--.-'ro-'~".,,-~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />¡ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'} <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />~: <br />" <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />, <br />I.: <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />'.~ . <br /> <br />.,! <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />DMF:rs <br />5-1-77 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-15 AND ESTABLISHING <br />MAXIMUM INCOME LIMITS FOR ADMISSION TO, <br />AND OCCUPANCY OF, LOW-INCOME HOUSING <br />LEASED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />recognizes the need to provide housing for a broader segment of <br />~e City's lower and very low income persons and familiesJ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Title 24, Code <br />Chapter VIII, Part 860, permits <br />establish revised income limits <br />persons and families J and <br /> <br />of Federal Regulations ("CFR"), <br />the Housing Authority to <br />for lower and very low income <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development ("HUD") has determined the permissible range <br />of incomes for lower and very low income families as contained <br />in Notice H 76-108 (HUD), dated October 12, 1976J and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in conformance with 24 CFR 860.2(b) "income" <br />has been defined by the Housing Authority on page 8 of the <br />HUD-52659 form entitled "Instructions for Completing Applica- <br />tion for Tenant Eligibility and Recertification for Section <br />8 Housing Assistance payments Program," a copy of which is on <br />file in the office_of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 72-15 is repealed. <br /> <br />2. The proposed revised income limits contained in <br />Notice H 76-108 (HUD), dated October 12, 1976 are hereby <br />adopted by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />3.
