SF-503, <br />APPROVING THE SUBSTITUTION AND INCORPORATION <br />OF A REVISED PART II INTO MASTER SECTION 8 <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NO. SF-502, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE DEPOSIT OF FUNDS IN CALIFORNIA <br />FIRST BANK PURSUANT TO THE GENERAL DEPOSITORY <br />AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("Housing Authority") has previously entered into a Master Section <br />8 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions Contract <br />(herein called the "Contract") with the United States of America <br />(herein called the "Government"), and now proposes to (1) enter <br />into an Annual Contributions Contract Part I for Existing Housing <br />Program including Project Nos. CA16-E093-001, CA16-E093-004 <br />and CA16-E093-005; (2) approve the incorporation of said Part <br />I into the Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract iden- <br />tified hereinbelow; (3) approve the substitution and incorporation <br />of a revised Part II, Form HUD-52520-C (Rev. 5/76), into the <br />Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract; and (4) authorize <br />the deposit of monies pursuant to a General Depository Agreement <br />with a financial institution which is a member of the Federal <br />Deposit Insurance Corporation (herein called the "Bank"): <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: . <br /> <br />1. The proposed Contract, designated "Section 8 Housing <br />Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions Contract Part <br />I For Existing Housing Program Including Project Nos. CA16-E093- <br />001, CA16-E093-004 anI! CA16...E093-005", pursuant to the United <br />. States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is hereby approved and <br />accepted both as to form and substance, and the Chairman is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said Contract in three <br />counterparts on behalf of the Housing Authority and to forward <br />such executed counterparts to the Government together with such <br />other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the <br />execution thereof as may be required by the Government. <br /> <br />2. The Annual Contributions Contract Part I For Existing <br />Housing Program, as approved and accepted hereinabove, is hereby <br />incorporated into Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract <br />No. SF-502. <br /> <br />3. The proffered revised form of Terms and Conditions - <br />Part II of the Master Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract, <br />Form HUD-52520-C (Rev. 5/76), is hereby approved, accepted <br />and incorporated into Master Section 8 Annual Contributions <br />Contract no. SF-502 in substitution of the Part II heretofore <br />included in said Contract. <br /> <br />", <br />
