<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-6 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING <br />TERMINATION OF ITS SECTION 23 (REVISED) HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS <br />PROGRAM CONTRACT SF 492 ' <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housin9 Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("Housing Authority") authorized the execution of a, Section 23 (Revised) <br />Housing Assistance Payments Program known as SF 492 Annual Contributions <br />Contract ("Section 23 ACC") with the United States Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development ("HUD") by Resolution No. 75-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority authorized its Chairman to <br />execute a letter agreement terminating the Section 23 (Revised) ACC SF <br />492 by Resolutions No. 76-7 and 80-3; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all balances from the Section 23 (Revised) Housing <br />Assistance Payments Program have been transferred to the Section 8 <br />Housing Assistance Payments Program SF 503 in accordance with HUD <br />requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority has complied with all HUD <br />requirements concerning the termination of the Section 23 (Revised) ACC <br />SF 492 except for an independent public accountant audit. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />1. The Housing Authority certifies that close-out of the <br />Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program has been <br />conducted in accordance with HUD requirements and is complete except for <br />an independent public accountant audit. and that all balances have been <br />transferred to Section 8 HAPP Project Number SF 503 in accordance with <br />HUD requirements. <br /> <br />2. The Housing Authority certifies that the book of accounts <br />and records of the Section 23 (Revised) Housing Assistance Payments <br />Program have been examined and there are no outstanding obligations or <br />accounts receivable. <br /> <br />. 3. , The Housing Authority shall terminate the Section 23 <br />(Revised) Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual Contributions <br />Contract after the final independent public accountant audit has been <br />completed and the books of accounts and records are closed, <br /> <br />4.
