MINUTES OF THE <br /> ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 23, 1975 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council was called <br />to order at 5:10 p.m., by Mayor John Garthe, in Room 831, <br />City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Proper Notice and Posting <br />of the meeting had been given with affidavits on file in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the Council. Following the Pledge of <br />Allegiance, roll call was answered by: Councilmen David F. <br />Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon S. Evans, David L. Brandt, <br />James E. Ward, and Mayor John Garthe. Councilman Gordon <br />Bricken was absent. Also present was a representative of <br />the press, and the following staff: City Manager Bruce C. <br />Spragg, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, and Clerk of the Council <br />Florence I. Malone. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> <br />Agency. Council reconvened at <br />bers present. <br /> <br /> At 5:15 p.m., Council <br /> recessed to convene <br />the Redevelopment <br />7:00 p.m., with the same mem- <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT At 7:01 p.m., the <br /> meeting was adjourned <br /> to 1:00 p.m., Monday, <br />October 6, 1975, in Room 831, City Hall, on the unanimously <br />approved motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman <br />Ward. <br /> <br />FLOI~ENCE I.
