<br />. ^ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Request for Hous tlÞAuthOrity' . <br />Commission Action <br />Resolution 80-10 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Since the Moderate Rehabilitation program differs substantially from <br />òther Section 8 programs, Housing Authority staff have been engaged over <br />the past several months in developing means of owner outreach, <br />establishing methods for completing initial inspection, work write-ups <br />and feasibility analyses, developing cooperative linkages with local <br />financing institutions, determining the role the Property Rehabilitation <br />Division will play in the program operation, establishing tenant <br />eligibility criteria and preparing the Administrative Plan. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION: <br /> <br />Adoption,of Resolution 80-10 will permit the Housing Authority Chairman <br />to execute the contract between the Housing Authority and HUD so that <br />staff'may proceed with the program start'-upphase.'
