DMF/fm 8/25/80 RESOLUTION NO. 80-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ~O EXECUTE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS PURSUANT TO THE HOUSING REPLACEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Authority") ~ntered into an agreement dated July 2, 1979 ("said agreement") with United California Bank for financing the rehabilitation of certain replacement housing within the City of Santa Ana¡ and WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement was duly approved by Authority on August 4, 1980¡and WHEREAS, Authority desires to authorize the Executive Director to execute Authority promissory notes, assignments of homeowner - borrower promissory notes and trust deeds, a security agreement and all other documents required to be executed by Authority pursuant to said agreement and the amendment thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana that the Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute Authority notes, an assignment of all homeowner - borrower promissory notes and trust deeds to United California Bank, a security agreement and all other documents required to be executed pursuant to that certain agreement entitled "Housing Replacement Program Financing Agreement," dated July 2, 1979, as amended on August 4, 1980.
