" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DMF/fm <br />11/21/80 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80- 12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO DEPOSIT <br />AND WITHDRAW FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that certain agreement between the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Authority") and United <br />California Bank entitled "Loan Service and Revolving Credit <br />Agreement," dated May 6, 1980, provides for certain accounts <br />to be established pursuant thereto, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Authority desires to authorize the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Santa Ana to deposit in and withdraw <br />funds from said accounts and endorse checks, drafts, and <br />other orders for and on behalf of Authority in regard to <br />said accounts. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana that the Director of <br />Finance of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to <br />deposit and withdraw funds and endorse checks, drafts and <br />other orders for and on behalf of the Housing Authority in <br />any and all accounts established pursuant to the "Loan <br />Service and Revolving Credit Agreement" between the Housing <br />Authority and United California Bank, dated May 6,1980. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this ~ day of <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />,1980, <br /> <br />AYES: MEMBERS: Ward, Luxembourger, Serrato, Markel, <br /> Yamamoto and Griset. <br />NOES: MEMBERS: None. <br />ABSENT: MEMBERS: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~~c~t <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />~~'1°4 <br />WARD J.
