MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />October 20, 1975 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the <br />Assistant Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor <br />and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of <br />the Council, and the Assistant Clerk declared the meeting <br />adjourned for lack of a quorum to Monday, November 3, 1975 <br />at 12:30 P.M. in Room 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. <br />A notice to that effect was mailed to the City Council, and <br />the news media, and was posted in the lobby and on the door <br />of Room 851 of the City Hall, and on the entrance to the <br />Council Chambers, with affidavit on file in the office of <br />the Clerk of the Council.
