RESOLUTION NO. 85-5 RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR ADDITIONAL CER- TIFICATES AND VOUCHERS UNDER THE "SEC- TION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR EXISTING HOUSING." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana as follows: 1. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana declares the submission of the application for seventy-five (75) Section 8 Existing Housing certificates and vouchers for the homeless by April 1, 1985 to be an emergency matter. 2.
