" <br /> . <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />/dlv <br />5-23-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-8 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEW <br />PART I AND PART II OF SECTION 8 HOUSING <br />VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS <br />CONTRACT NO. SF-503(V) AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana ("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing <br />Assistance Program for Section 8 Existing Housing Program" <br />for the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana desires to enter into an Annual Contributions <br />Contract ("ACC") with the United States of America Depart- <br />ment of Housing and Urban Development ("Government") for the <br />Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program; <br /> <br />The Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher ACC consists <br />of the following counterparts: <br /> <br />(a) Part I of the ACC, HUD-52520D (4/85) applicable to <br />the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program; <br /> <br />(b) Part II of the ACC, HUD-52530E (4/85) applicable to <br />the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program. <br /> <br />l. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA as follows: <br /> <br />The New Part I and Part II of the ACC for the Section <br />8 Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby ap- <br />proved and accepted. The Chairman is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to execute the counterparts of <br />the ACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary <br />is hereby authorized to impress the official seal <br />of the PHA on each such counterpart and to forward <br />such executed counterparts to the Government <br />together with such other documents evidencing the <br />approval and authorizing the execution of as may <br />be required by the Government. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
