" . . . /dlv 5-23-85 RESOLUTION 85-8 I RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEW PART I AND PART II OF SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503(V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION . WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("PHA") is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for Section 8 Existing Housing Program" for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and . WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana desires to enter into an Annual Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the United States of America Depart- ment of Housing and Urban Development ("Government") for the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program; The Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher ACC consists of the following counterparts: (a) Part I of the ACC, HUD-52520D (4/85) applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program; (b) Part II of the ACC, HUD-52530E (4/85) applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program. l. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA as follows: The New Part I and Part II of the ACC for the Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby ap- proved and accepted. The Chairman is hereby author- ized and directed to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on each such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts to the Government together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution of as may be required by the Government.
