SF-5Ø3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the <br />("PHA") has previously <br />tions Contract ("ACC") <br />("Government"); and <br /> <br />Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />entered into a section 8 Annual Contribu- <br />No. SF 5Ø3 with the United States of America <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Government has requested that the PHA ap- <br />prove and execute (a) superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD ~252ØB <br />(12-84), applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate <br />Program; and (b) new Part II of the ACC, HUD 52520E (12-84), appli- <br />cable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Part II <br />Program <br /> <br />1. The <br />of the ACC <br />are hereby <br /> <br />superseding Part I, Section 8 ACC <br />for the Section 8 Existing Housing <br />approved and accepted. <br /> <br />and the new <br />Certificate <br /> <br />directed <br />PHA and <br />together <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the PHA is hereby authorized and <br />to execute the counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the <br />to forward such executed counterparts to the Government <br />with such other documents required by the Government. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 5th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />, 1985. <br /> <br />AYES: 6 MEMBERS: Acosta.
