MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />November 3, 1975 <br /> <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the City Council was called <br />to order at 12:30 P.M., by Mayor John Garthe, in Room 831, <br />City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Proper notice and posting <br />of the meeting had been given with affidavits on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council. Following the Pledge of <br />Allegiance, roll call was answered by: Councilmen Gordon <br />Bricken, David F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, Vernon S. Evans, <br />David L. Brandt, James E. Ward, and Mayor John Garthe. Also <br />present were the following staff members: City Manager Bruce <br />C. Spragg, City Attorney Keith L. Gow, and Clerk of the Council <br />Florence I.~Malone. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION At 12:45 P.M., Council <br /> .recessed for an execu- <br /> tive session to consider <br /> personnel matters. <br />Council reconvened at 1:55 P.M. with the same members present, <br />and immediately adjourned the meeting. <br /> <br />FI.0RENCE I.
