LEE OGOREK, CHAIRMAN Mrs. Lee Ogorek, <br />CITIZENS OPPOSING PORNOGRAPHY Chairman of the <br /> Citizens Opposing <br />Pornography, describing the picketing activities of the group <br />at the Mitchell Brothers Theater location on 17th Street was <br />received by the Council. The City Attorney stated that there <br />is a case out of Detroit before the Supreme Court regarding <br />prohibition of theaters of this type, as well as book stores, <br />from operating in certain zones of the city which should be <br />decided within the next few months that may present some fu- <br />ture help to restrict this type of operation from residential <br />or school areas.
