. . . . . . . 1256G JHHW:TEC 7/22/85 RESOLUTION NO. 85-14 RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING INDUCEMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ORANGE COUNTY RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (the "Authority"), as follows: Section 1. Resolution No. 84-872 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, entitled "Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, Cal ifornia". adopted by the Board of Supervi sors of Orange County on June 5, 1984, is hereby approved; the fi nd i ngs of Orange County contained in said resolution are hereby confirmed and approved as the findings of the Authority; and the Authority hereby agrees to be bound by said resolution and to issue bonds for the project referenced in said resolution under substantially the same terms and limitations as those contained in said resolution, except that the number of units in said project shall be 24, the project shall be located at 917, 921, 925. and 929 West Highland In the City of Santa Ana, and the aggregate prl nci pa 1 amount of bonds to be issued by the Authority to provl de fi nancl ng for the project shall not exceed $2,000,000; a 11 effectl ve as of June 5, 1984. Section 2. adoption.
