Resolution No. 84-1762 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange <br />County. entitled "Resolution of the Board of SupervIsors of Orange County, <br />Ca 11 forni a". adopted by the Board of Supervi sors of Orange County on December <br />11. 1984.
