<br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DMF/fm <br />4/9/86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CF THE CITY or SM\TA ANA <br />APPOINTING AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("Authority") has been duly established pursuant to Section 34290 <br />of the California Health and Safety Code, and Section 6-627 of the <br />SAnta Ana Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the by-laws of the Authority provide in Article <br />II, Section 4, for the office of Secretary of the Authority; and <br /> <br />WHE~AS, said Section 4 provides for the Secretary to be <br />the Executive Director of the Authority, and as Executive Director <br />to have general supervision over the administration of the <br />Authority's business and affairs subject to the direction of the <br />Authority; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority desires to appoint the Director of <br />Economic Development of the City of Santa Ana as the Secretary and <br />Executive Director of the Authority; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. by the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana that the Director of Economic Development <br />of the City of Santa Ana is hereby appointed the Executive <br />Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this <br />following vote: <br /> <br />1986, by the <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />7th <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />MEMBERS: Griset, Johnson, Acosta, Young, <br />Luxembourger, Hart, McGuigan. <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS : <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />al Counsel <br /> <br />4~ <br />
