<br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 86-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION <br />TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND <br />URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR ADDITIONAL HOUSING VOUCHERS <br />UNDER THE "SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br />FOR EXISTING HOUSING." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Pro- <br />gram for the Section 8 Existing Housing Program for the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD notified the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Santa Ana on August 13, 1986 that Section 8 Housing <br />Vouchers are available which would increase the number of <br />persons of low and moderate income who may be assisted in <br />their housing within the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the seventeen (17) Section 8 Housing Vouchers <br />are consistent with our Housing Assistance Plan (HAP); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Santa Ana as follows: <br /> <br />1. The submission of an application to the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development for <br />seventeen (17) additional Section 8 Housing Vouchers is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The Executive <br />of the City of Santa Ana is <br />take all necessary steps to <br />provide such information as <br /> <br />Director of the Housing Authority <br />hereby authorized and directed to <br />file said application and to <br />may be required. <br />
