<br />r : <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />DMF/k 10/23/86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 OF PART I OF T.HE ANNUAL <br />CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503(k) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Author~ty of the City of Santa Ana <br />("Public Housing Agency") has pr4 viously entered into an Annual <br />Contributions Contract Part I for Moderate Rehabilitation Program <br />with the United States of America ("Government") and executed <br />Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K) ("said <br />contract"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Housing Agency and Government now propose to <br />enter into Amendment No.1 to said contract; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed amendment, designated "Amendment No.1 to <br />Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K)", is <br />hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance, and <br />the Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />Amendment in three counterparts on behalf of the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana, and to forward such executed <br />counterparts to the Government together with such other documents <br />evidencing the approval, and authorizing the execution thereof as <br />may be required by the Government. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br />following vote: <br /> <br />day of Novemher <br /> <br />, 1986, by the <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Griset, Luxembourger, Young <br />Acosta, McGuigan, Hart <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS : <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />MEMBERS: <br /> <br />J¡J <br /> <br />arman, Housing Authority <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> <br />Legal Counsel <br />
