""~À <br />~/ ..~ ;j;;';¡<;" ~ ;¡~ ~.... . <br />~ ~"''''~ _.'~ ..$; ~.. -...,' <br /> <br />j C~lj Ii l \,:1'\" <br /> <br />"' e.¡ ~ .'¡' ~ ~" <br />~¿.\ ~;:;; j~~l <br />. \'S~ ;;; ;:.:¡¡ <br />'~.::~;P~==~;:~~; ~~~/ <br />4"~"~""'~./-""'--;.')\..'. <br />~'. ...;,¡ '.-.,.> o' <br />-~,~. <br />"'\ ,- <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />DMF:k 2/87 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 2 <br /> <br />A RESOUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE <br />AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY HOUSING PLANS <br /> <br />-t <br /> <br />WHEREAS the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development ("HUD") has issued regulations requiring pubic housing <br />authorities to submit an equal opportunity housing plan with each <br />application for participation in a Section 8 Existing Housing <br />Project, ("Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("Authority") is duly qualified as a public housing authority to <br />apply to HUD to participate in such a project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority has received a recently updated equal <br />housing opportunity plan and administrative plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Commissioners of the Authority have reviewed each and <br />every part of the updated plans; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public <br />benefit that said plans be approved and submitted to HUD. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Administrative Plan and the Equal Opportunity Housing <br />Plan are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
