, . . . . . . , LEJ: ir 6/25/87 RESOLUTION NO. 87-6 RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART 1 AND PART II OF THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-E093-001/004/005/006/007/008 CA16-E093-009/010/011/012/013/014/015/016 WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for Section 8 Housing Certificate Program" for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") ; and WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("PHA") entered into a Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("ACC") on June 30, 1975 as amended, with the United States of America ("Government"); and WHEREAS, the Section 8 ACC must be revised so that it will consist of the following counterparts: a. Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (6/85), applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program. (6/85) , Housing b. Superseding Part II applicable to the Section Certificate Program; and of the ACC, HUD 52520E 8 Existing WHEREAS, the Housing Advisory Commission of the City of Santa Ana has approved this Resolution. follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as 1. The Superseding Part I and Part II of the ACC for the Housing Certificate Program are hereby approved and accepted. 2. The Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed to take all necessary steps to file said ACC's and to provide such additional information as may be required.
