<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />°, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 87-7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I <br />AND NEW PART II OF THE SBCTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER <br />PROGRAM ANNUAL CON'l'RIBtJTION CONTRACT NUMBER <br />SF-503(V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION TO THE <br />UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br />INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-V093-007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />is authorized to administer the "Housinq Assistance proqram for <br />section 8 Housinq Voucher Proqram" for the United States <br />Department of Housinq and Urban Development (IIHUDh); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />entered into a section 8 Annual contributions Contract <br />on June 30, 1975 as amended, with the United States of" <br />("Government"); and <br /> <br />("PHA") <br />("ACC") <br />America <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the section 8 ACC must be revised so that it <br />will consist of the followinq counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520D (6/85), <br />applicable to the section 8 Existing Housinq <br />Voucher proqram. <br /> <br />New part II of the ACC, HUD 52520D (6/85), <br />applicable to the section 8 Existinq Housinq <br />Voucher Proqram. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />1. The Superseding Part I section 8 ACC <br />Part II of the ACC for the Housinq Voucher proqram <br />approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Acting Executive Director of the Housing <br />Authority of the city of Santa Ana is hereby authorizëd and <br />directed to take all necessary steps to file said ACC's and to <br />provide such additional information as may be required. <br /> <br />and the new <br />are hereby <br />
