<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT I TO PART I OF THE SECTION 8 <br />HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NUMBER <br />SF-503(E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION TO THE UNITED STATES <br />DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana is authorized to administer the "Housinq Assistance proqram <br />for Section 8 Housing certificate proqram" for the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana ("PHA") entered into a section 8 Annual Contributions <br />Contract ("ACC") on June 30, 1975 as amended, with the united <br />States of America ("Government")¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the section 8 ACC must be revised so that it <br />will consist of the followinq counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (6/85), applicable <br />to the Section 8 Existinq Housing certificate <br />Program. <br /> <br />Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC Amending project <br />numbers CA16-E093-006/007/008/009/013/014/016. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housinq Advisory Commission of the City <br />of Santa Ana has approved this Resolution. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />Exibit I to Part <br />Certificate <br /> <br />1. Part I of the ACC and the amended <br />I of the Ace for the section 8 Existinq Housinq <br />proqram are herëby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Executive Director of the Housinq Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed to take <br />all necessary steps to file said ACC and Amended Exhibit I and <br />to provide such additional information as may be required. <br />
