<br />-. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA UPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I <br />OF THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E) <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECU'rIOlf TO THE UNITED STATES <br />DEPARTMENT OF HOnSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br />FOR PROJECT NUMBER CA16-E093-901 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa <br />Ana is authorized to administer th.a "Housinq Assistance Proqram <br />for Section 8 Housinq certificate Proqram" for the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hou$inq Authority of the City of sant¡1 <br />Ana ("PRA") desires to enter into a superseding Section 8 Annual <br />contributions Contract ("ACC") on June 30, 1975 as amended, with <br />the United States of America ("Government "); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the section 8 ACC must be revised so that it <br />will consist of the followinq counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8f88), <br />applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing <br />Certificate Proqram. <br /> <br />Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal <br />Fiscal year 1988: <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit II, Projects appropriated in Federal <br />Fiscal year 1988 and later years. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />approved <br /> <br />1. The Superseding Part I of the ACC together with <br />I and II for the Housing certificate Program are hereby <br />and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and <br />directed to take all necessary steps to file said ACC and to <br />provide such additional information as may be required. <br /> <br />.
