<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DMFlfm <br />5/29/90 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I <br />OF THE SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E) <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for <br />Section 8 Housing Certificate Program" for the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />"PHA") desires to enter into a superseding Section 8 Annual <br />Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the United States of America <br />("Government") for the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate <br />Program; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Section 8 ACC must be revised so that it <br />will consist of the following counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (8/88), <br />applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing <br />Certificate Program; <br /> <br />Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal <br />Fiscal Year 1988; <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II, projects appropriated in Federal Fiscal <br />Year 1988 and later years. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />approved <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Superseding Part I of the ACC, together with <br />I and II, for the Housing Certificate Program are hereby <br />and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing <br />Authority is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />
