<br />,( <br /> <br />, <br />I <br />. <br /> <br />RESOIIJTION NO. <br /> <br />90-8 <br /> <br />RESOIIJTION OF THE HOOSING AUrnORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PARI' I <br />OF THE SECITON 8 HOOSING CERI'IFICATE PROGRAM <br />ANNUAL OONTRIWI'ION a:>NTRACI' NUMBER SF-503 (E) <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXEaJTION THERmF <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is authorized to <br />administer the "Housing Assistance Program for Section 8 Housing Certificate <br />PIUI, Lalu" for the United states Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana ("FHA") desires <br />to enter into a superseding section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("Ace") <br />with the united states of America ("Government") for the Section 8 Existing <br />Housing Certificate Program; <br /> <br />. a. <br /> b. <br /> c. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Section 8 Ace Im.ISt be revised so that it will consist of <br />the following counterparts: <br /> <br />SUperseding Part I of the Ace, HUD 52520B (8/88), applicable to <br />the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program; <br /> <br />Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal Fiscal Year 1988: <br /> <br />Exhibit II, projects appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year 1988 and <br />later years. <br /> <br />NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE FHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The SUperseding Part I of the Ace, together with Exhibits I and <br />II, for the Housing Certificate Program are hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Cha1man and Executive Director of the Housing Authority is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute SUperseding Part I of the ACe and to <br />take all necessary steps to file said Ace and to provide such additional <br />information as may be required. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
