<br />e. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />("HUD") has issued regulations found at 24 CFR 882.204 (b) requiring public <br />housing authorities to submit administrative plans describing their programs for <br />participation in HUD-financed programs, including all "Section 8" programs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Authority") as <br />a public housing authority has submitted an administrative plan to HUD describing <br />its programs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Authority has chosen to implement two (2) new HUD programs, <br />known as the "Bootstrap" and the "Project-Based" programs, and is required to <br />amend its administrative plan to include the new programs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Authority have reviewed each and every <br />part of the proposed amendment to the administrative plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public benefit that the <br />administrative plan amendment be approved and submitted to HUD. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The amended administrative plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
