<br />. <br /> <br />.1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-4 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT <br />NO.1 TO HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT <br />FOR PROJECT NO. CA16-8023-054 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana has <br />previously entered into a Housinq Assistance Payments Contract <br />with SBD Properties, a California general partnership (herein <br />called the "Owner"), approved by the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, <br />actinq through the Secretary of Housinq and Urban Development, <br />and now proposes to enter into Amendment No.1 to said Contract; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />1.
