<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL <br />CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503(K) <br />SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS <br />PROGRAM MODERATE REHABILITATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />("Public Housinq Aqency") has previously entered into an Annual <br />Contributions Contract Part I for Moderate Rehabilitation proqram <br />with the United States of America ("Government") for Project No. <br />CA16-K093-002 and now proposes to enter into Amendment No.2 to <br />said Contract: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed Amendment desiqnated "Amendment No.2 to <br />Part I of the Annual Contributions Contract No. SF-503(K)," is <br />hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance, and <br />the Chairperson or the desiqnee, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said Amendment in three counterparts on <br />behalf of the Housinq Authority of the city of Santa Ana and to <br />forward such executed counterparts to the Government, together <br />with such other documents evidencinq the approval and authorizinq <br />the execution thereof as may be required by the Government. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this 3rd day of <br />by the followinq vote: <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 1991 <br /> <br />AYE: <br /> <br />6 MEMBERS <br /> <br />Young, Acosta, Griset <br />Norton, Pulido, Richardson <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />MEMBERS <br /> <br />ABSENT: 1 MEMBERS <br /> <br />McGuigan <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Ëxec~~~ <br />Housinq Authority <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />
