<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO PART I OF THE ANNUAL <br />CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 FOR PROJECT <br />NO. CA16-8023-054 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa has <br />previously entered into a Section 8 Housinq Assistance Payments <br />proqram Annual contributions Contract, Part I for New <br />Construction, for Project No. CA 16-8023-054, with the <br />STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and throuqh the Secretary <br />and Urban Development ("Government"), and now proposes <br />into Amendment No.2 to said Contract: <br /> <br />UNITED <br />of Housinq <br />to enter <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.2 to <br />Annual Contributions Contract" for Project no.
