<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DMF:mb 10/30/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT II <br />TO PART I OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING <br />VOUCHER PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />NUMBER SF-503 (V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for <br />section 8 Housing Voucher Program II for the united States Department <br />of Housinq and Urban Development ("HUD")¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") desires to enter into an amended Section 8 Annual <br />Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the united States of America <br />("Government") for the section 8 Housing Voucher program¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amended section 8 Existinq Housinq Voucher <br />ACC Part I consists of the following: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520D (1/89), applicable to the <br />section 8 Existinq Housing Voucher Program¡ <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I¡ and <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II adding new project CA16-V093-015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520D (1/89), including Exhibit <br />I and Amended Exhibit II of the ACC for the section 8 Existing <br />Housing Voucher proqram is hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the PHA is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute supersedinq Part I of the ACC and to take all <br /> <br />1 <br />
