<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DMF:mb 10/30/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I <br />OF SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE <br />PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS <br />CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503(E) AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION THEREOF. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />is authorized to administer the "Housinq Assistance proqram for <br />section 8 Housing certificate proqram" for the united States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") desires to enter into a supersedinq section 8 Annual <br />contributions Contract ("ACC") with the united States of America <br />("Government") for the section 8 Existing Housing Certificate <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amended Section 8 Existinq Housing <br />Certificate ACC Part I consists of the following counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Superseding Part I of the ACC, BUD 52520B (8/88), <br />applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing certificate <br />Program; <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I, projects appropriated before Federal Fiscal <br />Year 1988; <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II, projects appropriated in Federal Fiscal Year <br />1988 and later years, adding new project CA16-E093-22. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The superseding Part I of the ACC, together with Exhibits <br />I and II, for the Housing certificate Program is hereby approved <br />and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the PHA is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute the counterparts of the ACC and to take all necessary <br />steps to file said ACC and to provide such additional information <br />as may be required. <br /> <br />1 <br />
