<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I OF <br />THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED <br />ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-503 (E) AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is <br />authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the <br />section 8 Housing certificate Program II for the united States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD")¡ and <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana <br />("PHA") desires to enter into a superseding Part I of the Section <br />8 Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract ("CACC") with the <br />united States of America (" Government ") for the Section 8 Existing <br />Housing Certificate Program. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />CACC must now <br />counterparts: <br /> <br />the amended section 8 Existing Housing certificate <br />be revised so that it will consist of the following <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Superseding Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520B (8/88), <br />applicable to the Section 8 Existing certificate program¡ <br />with <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I to Part I¡ and <br />Exhibit II to Part I, adding Project No. CA16-E093-023. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows: <br /> <br />1. The superseding Part I of the CACC for the Housing <br />Voucher Program is hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman and Executive Director of the Housing <br />Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />counterparts of the CACC and to take all necessary steps to file <br />said CACC and to provide such additional information as may be <br />required. <br />
