<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DMF/meg <br />7/7/92 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-05 <br /> <br />A <br />CITY <br />TO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING ITS ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br />INCLUDE THE FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the united States Departrnent of Housing and <br />Urban Development ("HUD") has approved the Housing Authority of the <br />city of Santa Ana ("PHA") as a qualified public housing authority <br />to participate in the HUD section 8 existing Housing Program ("said <br />program"); and <br /> <br />amend its <br />include a <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD has issued regulations requiring the PHA to <br />administrative plan for participating in said program to <br />"Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan"¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Housing Advisory <br />Commission to the PHA have reviewed and approved each and every <br />part of the Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and for the public <br />good that the PHA approve the amended plan and subrnit it to HUD. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Amended Administrative Plan is hereby approved. <br />The Family Self-Sufficiency Plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br />
