RESOLUTION NO. 92-09 RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED PART I OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NUMBER SF-503 (E) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the city of Santa Ana is authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the section 8 Housing certificate Program II for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (PHA) desires to enter into an amended Consolidated Annual Contributions Contract (CACC) with the united States of America (Government) for the section 8 Existing Housing certificate Program. WHEREAS, the section 8 Annual contributions Contract must be revised so that the arnended section 8 Existing Housing Certificate CACC, Part I, consists of the following counterparts: . a. Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520B (8/88) applicable to the section 8 Existing Housing certificate program¡ with Exhibit I, Projects appropriated before federal fiscal year 1988; and b. c. Exhibit II, Projects appropriated in federal fiscal year 1988 and later years, adding Replacement Project No. CA16-E093-024¡ and Exhibit II, Byrd Amendment Award Clause. d. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the PHA as follows: 1. The amended Part I the CACC together with Exhibits I, II, and III for the section 8 Existing Housing Certificate Program are hereby approved and accepted. 2. The Chairman and Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the CACC on behalf of the PHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the official seal of the PHA on such counterpart and to forward such executed counterpart to the Government together with such other documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the Government. . 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
