<br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />3 TO PART I OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. <br />--- FOR PROJECT NO. CA16-B023-054 <br />(Private-Owner/PHA Project) <br /> <br />SF-503 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ( "Pub 1 i c Housi ng <br />Agency") has previously entered into a Section B Housing Assistance Payments <br />Program Annual Contributions Contract, Part I for ~ew Construction, for Project <br />No. CA16-B023-054. with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, actir.g by and through the <br />Secretary of Housi ng and Urban Development ("Government"). and now proposes to <br />enter into Amendment No.3 to said Contract: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Section 1. The proposed Amendment, designated "Amendment No.3 to Annual <br />Contributions Contract" for Project No. CA16-B023-054, is hereby approved and <br />accepted both as to form and substance, and the CHAIRPERSON <br />is hereby authorized annd directed to execute said Amendment in three <br />counterparts on behalf of the Public Housing Agency and to forward such executed <br />counterparts to the Government, along'with such other documents evidencing the <br />approva 1 and authori z i n9 the execution hereof as may be requi red by the <br />Government. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br />I <br />
